Alan graduated from Monash University in 1974 with degrees in Bachelor of Jurisprudence and Bachelor of Laws. Prior to joining us at Tragear & Harris, Alan was a sole practitioner for 41 years.
Today his main area of practice is:
1. Property Law, including domestic and commercial conveyancing, and commercial and retail tenancy leases;
2. Estate Planning including Wills, Powers of Attorney, Probate and Administration of Estates;
3. Business Law including Trusts, Sale and Purchase of Businesses, advising on legal structures and preparation of Commercial Agreements.
Alan has been involved with clients who have large subdivisions and preparation of contracts of sale and taking transactions to completion, Including “off the plan” sales.
