Probate Law Clerk
Ann-Marie is a valued member of our Wills and Estates Team and can assist you in making application for a Grant of Probate or Letters of Administration with respect to a deceased estate.
This includes assisting you to gather all the necessary estate information, compiling the estate’s list of assets and liabilities, and preparing and lodging the Probate documents with the Supreme Court.
Once Probate is granted, she can assist you with the administration and distribution of the estate to the beneficiaries.
In her spare time, she enjoys socialising with her friends and family, and the occasional shopping trip does not go astray.
