Three principals, one plain-English approach

Tragear & Harris has been a trusted part of the Bayside legal community since 1970, when the firm was founded by Kevin Tragear. Kevin led the firm until his retirement in 2011, when Kim Harris took over as Principal. Since 2021, the firm has been led by Principal Ganesh Loganathan, continuing the same commitment to families, individuals, and businesses across the Sandringham and Bayside area.

1970

Kevin Tragear founds the firm

Tragear & Harris opens its doors in Sandringham, built on straightforward, accessible legal advice for the local community.

2011

Kim Harris becomes Principal

After four decades at the helm, Kevin retires and Kim Harris takes over as Principal, carrying the firm's plain-English approach forward.

2021

Ganesh Loganathan takes the lead

Ganesh becomes Principal, continuing the firm's tradition while growing the team to meet the needs of a broader range of clients.

A full-service Bayside practice
